The intensity of any PT programme is designed to suit your individual fitness level. A professional personal trainer will guide and
motivate you. Once you reach your goals, the intensity of your workout programme may be set to maintain what you have achieved ,
or adjusted to reach new goals. Typically, a personal training programme is three months of one hour sessions once or twice per
week, depending on your objectives.
